Clinic policy

We ask that all artists follow clinic policies.

Thank you for visiting The Al & Malka Green Artists’ Health Centre and for your cooperation.

• Payment is to be provided upon the completion of each treatment. We accept cheque, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer online payments available on our website www.artistshealthcentre.ca
• All cancellations or rescheduling requires a minimum notice of 1 business day. Note that we are closed Saturdays, Sundays, as well as STAT holidays.
• Calls to change appointments are only accepted during reception business hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at 416-603-5263.
• All same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to full charge. This also applies to Joysanne Sidimus Fund recipients.

• The TIME-DEFINED OHIP COVERED PSYCHOTHERAPY PROGRAM has its own specific expectations for artists/cultural workers. If you need to cancel a session it is required to notify our clinic 2 business days in advance. If you need to cancel a session in less than 2 business days and your dedicated weekly spot is unable to be filled, it is expected that you will pay the $179 fee.
