Clinic policy

We ask that all artists follow clinic policies.

Thank you for visiting The Al & Malka Green Artists’ Health Centre and for your cooperation.

• Payment is to be provided upon the completion of each treatment. We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer online payments available on our website.
• Cancellation or rescheduling self-pay service requires a minimum notice of 1 business day. Note that we are closed Saturdays, Sundays, as well as STAT holidays.
• Calls to change appointments are only accepted during reception business hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at 416-603-5263.
• All same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to full charge. This also applies to Joysanne Sidimus Fund recipients.

The TIME-DEFINED OHIP COVERED PSYCHOTHERAPY PROGRAM has its own specific expectations. 

If you need to cancel a session it is required to notify our clinic 2 business days in advance. If you need to cancel a session in less than 2 business days, it is expected that you will pay the $200 - $230 fee.

Scent-Free Environment

Scented products can affect our staff, patients and visitors who are sensitive or have allergies. All individuals are asked to refrain from wearing or using scented personal products while in any UHN buildings. Scented personal products may include shampoos and conditioners, hairsprays, deodorants, colognes and aftershaves, and fragrances and perfumes.

In addition, wherever possible, we use scent-free cleaning products.

In cases of extreme sensitivity, patients may request that specific cleaning and/or other supplies be used. Please speak to your care team if you are experiencing scent-related sensitivities.
